Edinburgh is well served by a bus network: the local company is Lothian Buses and they also serve the airport. There are also a number of taxi companies, e.g., City Cabs and Central Taxis.
The workshop venue is the fifth floor of the Bayes Centre. There are many buses which serve that area of the city and Lothian buses journey planner can help you. They also have an app.
The workshop dinner will be in Howie's Waterloo Place. It is a short 15-minute walk from Bayes.
