Welcome to the MicroBooNE Collaboration Meeting in Edinburgh Indico. We are looking forward to hosting you in Edinburgh in January 2025. We will be filling out this Indico page with details as we have them.
As a first step, take a look at the travel tab and start thinking about travel arrangements - there are numerous places to stay in Edinburgh but it is also a popular destination. The earlier you book, the better your chances of getting a good deal.
Under the travel tab you will also find information about applying for a VISA together with an application form for an invitation letter to support your visa application.
During the collaboration meeting we will provide lunches. We will also have a collaboration dinner on 23 January.
Registration Fee: a link for registration fee payment will be added soon. The fee will be £100 per person for lunch and breaks each day and £50 for the conference dinner on 23 January.
