Collaboration dinner

We're pleased to announce that we will have a very special dinner at 6:30pm on July 4th, in the Amber Restaurant, part of the Scotch Whisky Experience on scenic Castle Hill. We'll be enjoying a culinary tour of the country with the "Taste of Scotland" menu.

There are also two optional activities beforehand, at 5:30  (concurrent, so pick your favourite):

  • For theorists: learn all about whisky on a guided tour of the Scotch Whisky Experience, including a glass of whisky or Irn Bru, a non-alcoholic Scottish "treat". There's a maximum of 25 places available.
  • Alternatively, for experimentalists: learn about whisky with a hands-on (or, um, mouth-on?) approach. The restaurant will run a tutored whisky tasting for us before dinner, including 4 whiskies to try. Don't worry if that's still not enough - there's an extensive whisky bar available for us to adjourn to after dinner.
