Booking via the hotel link is no more available, but the hotel still has a few rooms to offer participants at the conference rate. For any late reservations or changes, please get in touch directly with the hotel at charlotte.gouldbourn@crieffhydro.com, copying your email to our events team at the Higgs Centre sopa.events@ed.ac.uk.
The scientific programme starts on the morning of Monday (May 29th) and ends on Friday (June 2nd) lunchtime, making a Friday departure possible. The discounted room rate is for the nights of Sunday (May 28th) through Friday (June 2nd), i.e. Saturday departure. Thus, depending on your travel arrangements, you can book for up to 6 nights. You can also book a room for more than one person.
If you wish to make alternative arrangements for accommodation, please just notify our events team at the Higgs Centre sopa.events@ed.ac.uk and indicate whether you wish to take part in some of the dinners at Crieff Hydro (as the cost for these are included in the room rate).
If you anticipate a delay in any of these payments, please leave your indico registration until you are ready to proceed with the complete booking process.
