The Heavy Flavours at High pT workshop will take place from the 29th of November – 1st December at the Higgs Centre for Theoretical Physics at the University of Edinburgh. See below for details relating to travel and accommodation:

2 night’s accommodation will be funded for you at a maximum cost of £100.00 per night. You will be required to book your own accommodation and we will issue you with an expense claim form which you should complete and return to us after the workshop has taken place. Receipts will be required in order to process expense claims.

Please be aware that accommodation in Edinburgh does get booked up quickly so we would advise you to make your reservations as soon as possible. We have attached a list of suggested venues for your reference but you are free to choose your own accommodation. If you are booking one of the suggested guest houses, please do mention that you are a visit to the University of Edinburgh, as some offer preferential rates.

You will be required to make your own travel arrangements. Travel expenses will not be covered by the event.
